Dale Johnson has seen the marketing process from both sides of the desk. With over twenty years as a marketing officer for regional financial institutions, Dale knows the value of maintaining close working relationships and good communications.

With the establishment of his own marketing firm, he specialized in strategic planning and implementation, and developed successful promotional and incentive campaigns for a wide variety of product and service companies. He has also developed and led staff training for his clients, as well as idea generation seminars and interpersonal-based sales strategies for team building.

Jim Tucker brings more than thirty-two years of experience in advertising and marketing program development, including graphic design, multimedia, photography, web site development and trade show design.

Mr Tucker's own design firm, established in 1979, engaged clients in a broad range of sectors from retail to heavy industry to highly technical products. Trained also as an Industrial Designer, Jim's understanding of technical issues helps assure that complex products are presented in the most accurate and competitive light.
